How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, worldwide where we ship — no minimum.
When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, then 5–10 business days within Europe and the UK, or 7–14 business days to North America. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Do I need tools to fit any of this?
Almost never. Most of what we sell plugs into a USB port, clips onto an air vent, or sticks on. The one real exception is the fiber optic headliner kit, which is a genuine install job — and its product page says so.
Can I return my order?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
Do you offer a warranty?
We don't offer a separate commercial warranty. What you do have is your full statutory consumer protection: if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and you won't need to return the faulty item.
