Who is behind AutoGearia?
AutoGearia is an independent car interior accessories shop in Gothenburg, Sweden. Not Autogear, not Auto Gear Up, and not a parts store. We pick the range, we write the pages, we answer the mail. What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free and tracked worldwide, on every order.
When will my order arrive?
Usually ships within 1 business day. From there it is typically 5–10 days to your door. A few items take 7–12 business days — those say so on the product page. Every order is tracked. More on Shipping & Delivery.
Do I have to pay customs or import VAT?
No. You pay the checkout total — nothing extra on delivery. If a carrier charges you anyway, we cover it. Email the order number to support@autogearia.com.
Is payment secure?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna where available (EU/Sweden), Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details. The whole site runs over an encrypted connection.
Will it fit my car?
Almost everything here is universal — it plugs into USB, clips to a vent, or sticks on. Not sure? Email make, model and year before you order. We check and tell you straight, including when the answer is no. The exceptions we already know: a steering-wheel cover sized 37–38 cm, trim-to-fit mats, the bear vent diffuser, the fibre-optic ambient kit, Mazda door-bowl lights, and the LED gear-shift knob. Those say so on the product page.
Can I return it?
Yes — tell us within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed. You can open and try it; original packaging is not required. Returns are handled by us. More on Returns & Refunds.
Is there a discount?
Two or more items: 15% off the order. Three or more: 18%. Automatic at checkout, no code. The newsletter is a separate 10% code for a first order. It doesn’t combine with the 15%/18% multi-buy discount.
Is AutoGearia the same as AutoGearUSA or AutoGear?
No. AutoGearia (autogearia.com) is not affiliated with the South African brand Autogear, Auto Gear Up, AutoGearUSA, autogearusa.online, Auto Gear UK, AutoGear.se, autogear.store or Topgearaus. Reviews of those businesses are not about us. Our only websites are autogearia.com and autogearia.se.
