1. Our store

AutoGearia sells automotive accessories and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected region and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

4. Returns & withdrawal

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. EU consumers additionally hold a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page. Statutory consumer guarantee rights remain unaffected.

6. Product use & safety

Our products — including jump starters, tire inflators and emergency tools — must be used in accordance with the included instructions. Emergency and safety equipment supports, but does not replace, professional roadside assistance or medical services. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, product names, images, branding) belongs to AutoGearia or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGearia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
