Will my phone work with it?
Best with a MagSafe iPhone or any phone in a magnetic case — the magnets are a Qi2 array, so it locks on hard enough to survive a speed bump. A non-magnetic phone will need a magnetic case or ring.
Is 25W real, or a headline number?
Real, but it needs a 58.5W charging head to get there. That head is included only on the variant that says so — on the others you use a 58.5W charger you already have. Most magnetic car mounts top out at 15W; on a short commute that is the difference between gaining charge and just slowing the loss.
Vent or dashboard?
Both mounts are included, so you do not have to decide before ordering. At 120 g it does not sag a vent blade or bounce on a suction mount.
