Free shipping on every order
Every AutoGearia order ships free — no minimum, no code, no delivery fee at checkout. We run the shop from Gothenburg: the range, the support, and the returns are handled by us.
When it goes out
Order Monday to Friday and it usually ships the same day. Weekend orders go out the next business day. You get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.
When it arrives
- Sweden and the rest of the EU: 5–10 days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 days
Times count from the day you order and already include dispatch. A few items take 7–12 business days — those say so on the product page, above Add to cart.
VAT, duties and extra charges
The price you see is the price you pay. VAT, import duties and shipping are included. You are not billed extra on delivery. If a carrier ever charges you anyway, we cover it — email the order number to support@autogearia.com.
Tracking
Every order is tracked — we do not send untracked parcels. If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us via the contact page and we will chase it.
If it does not arrive
A lost or damaged order is replaced or refunded — your choice. Send a photo within 7 days for damage; for a lost parcel the order number is enough. See Returns & Refunds.
