30-day returns, no drama
You can change your mind within 30 days of your order arriving — no reason needed. EU and UK law gives you 14 days; we give you 30, because a fortnight is not long enough to live with something and be sure. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal still applies in full — our longer window sits on top of it and takes nothing away.
The fastest way to cancel or withdraw: use our online withdrawal form, or email support@autogearia.com with your order number and the word “withdraw”. Either way, we confirm receipt within one business day.
How it works
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Use the withdrawal form or email support@autogearia.com with your order number. A single line saying you want to return it is enough.
- Send it back within 14 days of telling us. We reply with the return address and instructions, usually the same day.
- We refund you within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you sending proof of postage — whichever comes first.
Condition of returns
You are allowed to open the box and try the item, exactly as you would in a shop. You do not need to keep the original packaging to get a refund.
What we ask is that you do not use it for a fortnight and then send it back. If something returns with more wear than normal inspection would cause, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund — and we will tell you the amount and why before we do it, never after.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of posting it back. These are small, light things, so standard small-parcel postage is usually all it takes.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you pay nothing — see below.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement or refund you in full — your choice — and you keep the item. Nothing to post back, no cost to you.
Your two-year guarantee
Separate from the return window and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, you have a two-year statutory guarantee under EU law covering anything faulty or not as described. We do not sell a commercial warranty on top of it, because your statutory rights are the stronger protection of the two. If something fails within two years, email us.
Cancelling before it ships
Use the withdrawal form or email us as soon as you can. If the order has not left the warehouse we cancel it and refund in full. If it has already gone, treat it as a normal 30-day return.

Are there any exceptions?
Almost none. Everything we sell is a standard consumer product with a full right of withdrawal. Nothing in the range is custom-made or personalised, so nothing is excluded on those grounds.
If we cannot agree
Email us first — nearly everything is sorted in one reply. If we genuinely cannot settle it between us, you can take the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se) free of charge, or to the consumer authority in your own country — we participate in and follow ARN’s dispute resolution process.
