Free shipping on every order
Every AutoGearia order ships free — no minimum, no code needed, and no delivery charge appearing at checkout.
Processing time
Order Monday to Friday and it usually ships the same day. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it does.
Delivery estimates
- European Union: 5–10 days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 days
Estimates start from the day you order, and already include dispatch. During sale periods, dispatch can slip by a day.
Customs and import charges
Most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. Prices do not include import VAT or duties, and depending on your country the carrier may collect an import charge or handling fee on delivery. If that happens, send us the paperwork and we will cover it — your order should never end up costing you more than the checkout total.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking — there are no untracked shipments. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us via our contact page and we'll chase it down.
If it doesn't arrive
If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you get a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery for damage; for a missing parcel, just email us the order number. See Returns & Refunds.
