Welcome to AutoGearia. By accessing autogearia.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our store

AutoGearia sells car interior accessories. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected region. Prices do not include any import VAT, duties or handling fees that your country may charge on delivery — see our Shipping & Delivery policy for how we handle those. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

4. Returns & withdrawal

You may return items within 30 days of delivery — you can open and try them, and you do not need the original packaging. EU consumers additionally hold a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our longer 30-day window sits on top of and does not limit. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Statutory guarantee

We do not sell a separate commercial warranty. As a consumer you are covered by your statutory rights — including, in the EU, a two-year statutory guarantee covering anything faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Product use & safety

Our products — car interior accessories such as ambient lighting, organisers, mounts and comfort items — must be used in accordance with the included instructions. Nothing you fit should obstruct your view of the road, interfere with airbags, pedals or vehicle controls, or distract you while driving. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, product names, images, branding) belongs to AutoGearia or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGearia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
