Refund policy

30-day returns, no drama

You can return your gear within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. EU law requires 14 days; we give you 30. The statutory right is unaffected — our longer window sits on top of it.

Conditions

• Tell us within 30 days of delivery, then post the item back within 14 days of telling us
• You can open the box and try the item, exactly as you would in a shop — and you do not need the original packaging to get a refund
• Contact us first via our contact page with your order number — we'll send return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days, and always within 14 days of the item reaching us or of you sending proof of postage, whichever comes first.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you don't need to return the damaged item.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our own 30-day window is longer and does not replace or limit that right. To exercise the statutory right, contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
