Cancel or withdraw an order
You can cancel or withdraw from your order within 30 days of delivery, no reason needed — that is our own policy, and it is longer than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal EU and UK law gives you. This page is the fastest way to do it online.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with your name, email, and order number, and write “withdraw” (that single word is enough — you don’t need to give a reason).
- We confirm receipt by email within one business day, together with the return address and instructions.
- Post the item back within 14 days of telling us. Your refund is issued within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you sending proof of postage — whichever comes first.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we simply cancel it and refund you in full.
