Storage on the back of the seat, plus a tray that folds down when someone needs to eat or work.
Two things in one panel: a full-height Oxford cloth organiser that protects the seat back from shoes and scuffs, and a fold-out tray that turns the whole thing into a table for a passenger. The fabric is water-resistant and machine-washable, and that matters more than it sounds when the tray is being used for food by a five-year-old.
Questions before you buy
Will the tray hold a laptop?
It takes food, tablets and laptops, then folds away flat when nobody needs it.
Can I wash it?
It comes off and goes in the machine, and that matters more than it sounds when the tray is being used for food by a five-year-old. The Oxford cloth is water-resistant, so most spills wipe off before it comes to that.
Will it fit my car?
It straps to any headrest and covers a full 38 × 60 cm panel. It fits cars, SUVs, vans, trucks and Jeeps with universal headrest mounting, about a minute, no tools.
Fit in your car
Fits almost every car, with one quick check.
What it needs
- A headrest on two metal posts to strap around. A few sport seats have the headrest built into the seat. Those have nothing to strap to.

Why we picked it
Two things in one panel: a full-height organiser that protects the seat back from shoes, and a fold-out tray that turns the whole thing into a table.
Worth knowing
The tray is sized for a drink and a phone or tablet. It's not big enough for a laptop and a meal at the same time.
