Will the seat belt buckle still work?
Yes, that's the point of the molded cutout. The buckle sits inside the opening instead of being pressed against the strip, so the belt isn't fouled or restricted.
Does it come out when I move the seat?
No. It flexes with the seat and stays sealed when you slide forward or back. It's a push-in fit with no tools, so it also lifts straight out when you want to clean underneath.
