How is this different from a plain gap filler?
A filler blocks the hole. This blocks it and hands the space back as a lined compartment deep enough for a phone, wallet, cards, coins and a cup. Roughly 26 × 16.5 × 21 cm.
Does it move when I adjust the seat?
It sits in the gap rather than clamping to anything, so sliding the seat does not fight it. Lift it out, move the seat, drop it back.
