Will it leak in a hot car?
There's nothing liquid in it. The fragrance is a solid balm tablet in a screw-in base, so there's nothing to tip, leak or evaporate off in summer.
Is it actually refillable?
Yes. Unscrew the base, drop in a fresh tablet, screw it back, and the metal and rhinestone housing lasts indefinitely instead of going in the bin.
