Open your door and a beam of light lands on the ground. It's AutoGearia's car door welcome projector, and it's completely wireless. They stick on, sense the door opening, and do the rest.
This is the version to buy if you don't want to touch any wiring. There's no connection to the car at all: each light is battery powered and sticks under the door with the included 3M tape. A small magnet goes on the door frame opposite it. When the door opens and the light moves away from the magnet, it switches on. Two units in the box covers both front doors.

No. Each light projects one fixed image, which can't be changed or customised.
