14-day returns, no drama

You can return your gear within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed, in line with the EU right of withdrawal.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Contact us first via our contact page with your order number — we'll send return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — you don't need to return the damaged item.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise it, contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
