The tool works in two stages. The suction applicator pulls air out of the crack first — trapped air is the reason cheap repair fluids sit on the surface and do nothing — then the sealed injector forces repair resin into the gap under pressure rather than over it. Catching a stone chip early is the whole point: it is what stops the chip turning into a crack that runs across your screen in the first cold snap.
